Sheldon Benjamin, Founder and Managing Partner of The Law Office of Sheldon Benjamin, has been practicing law since 2005. His areas of strength and experience include real estate law, syndicated mortgages, civil litigation, family law, business succession planning, and general corporate transactions. Sheldon helps individuals and businesses, ranging from small, family-owned, and middle-market companies to large corporations, move forward and achieve their goals by providing innovative, yet practical solutions to the issues they are facing.
Sheldon is well-known throughout the Greater Toronto Area business community as a success-driven leader with superior organization and communication skills and an entrepreneurial approach to his practice of law.
In addition to his practice of law, Sheldon is a frequent speaker on the topic of business development for entrepreneurs and professional service providers. He has presented to several Toronto-area organizations, as well as provincial organizations and associations.
Sheldon resides in Forest Hill Toronto, Ontario. He enjoys traveling, running, music, hiking and other outdoor activities, reading and cooking.
